Former Manchester United striker, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has apologized to the Red Devils and his agent, Mino Raiola, admitting he did wrong and ruined everything.

Ibrahimovic said this while opening up on the time he reportedly cost Man United £5million after ruining his own transfer announcement.

The 40-year-old arrived at Man United in 2016 as a free agent following a four-year spell at Paris Saint-Germain.

Plenty of talks in the lead up to Ibrahimovic’s decision to join Man United involved speculation over where he could end up with the MLS then reportedly under consideration.

Ibrahimovic, who currently plays for AC Milan, eventually took to Instagram to announce to his millions of followers: “My next destination will be Manchester United.”

He ultimately confirmed the news before Man United and, in doing so, somewhat created the angry reaction from the Premier League giants and Raiola.

Ibrahimovic told Sport Bladet:

“The fact is that I went on Instagram and wrote: “My next club will be Manchester United.

“I was so tired of the negotiations. All hell broke loose. Mino wanted to kill me.

“It was only my fault, Mino Raiola had nothing to do with it. I lost patience, that’s all.

“I felt like I was standing in quicksand trying to do something to move forward, without thinking about the consequences.
